Youth Day

 Hello everyone,

                         International Youth Day 2020 is celebrated every year on August 12. This year the day will celebrated with the theme 'Engagement of Youth for Global Action' across the country. International Youth Day is celebrated to highlight the importance of young people in the nation.

Celebrations of youth day are different in different countries. Many countries organize youth conferences on issues such as education and employment.Other activities in various countries that celebrate the day include concerts promoting the world's youth, as well as various sporting events, parades, and mobile exhibitions that showcase young people's achievements.

 International Youth Day : 12 August

United Nations, the UN has planned various activities to celebrate the day that includes concerts, workshops, cultural events and meetings to engage the youth.The events will be done with a podcast-style discussion that will be hosted by the youth for the youth.The discussions as per the theme would be on how the engagement of youth is enriching local, national, and global institutions and political processes.

In India, National Youth Day is celebrated on January 12 in honour of Swami Vivekananda - a youth icon for centuries. The decision to celebrated the day was taken by the Indian Government in 1984. Swami Vivekananda personified the eternal energy of the youth and their restless quest for truth.

On International Lefthanders Day, August 13, you get to explore that world for a day. Get creative with colors.These are some of my drawings. I had a good time drawing and painting. It shows us how to make our mind calm in our stressed situations. We must have a good mind and patience to draw even intricate drawings.What we are not able to express on the outside could be applied on the paper. "Painting is just another way of keeping a diary."
